We meet 1:1 in my private gym, where you’ll receive focused, alignment-based personal training designed to help you move freely, safely, and confidently in your body.

Virtual Training

Thanks to the internet, we can work together wherever you live and whenever you travel.

Online coaching allows you to have custom personal training in your home or gym. No more guessing or piecing together your workouts. No more feeling limited by your body or location.

We will create a solid game plan for your workouts, we meet live via Zoom or Facetime at scheduled appointment times and we get you moving!

How It Works

15-minute Meet and Greet to make sure we are a good fit.

I start with an Initial Assessment Session. This allows us both to get a baseline and create a game plan.

We work together 1:1. As a fitness and mobility specialist, I can give you an effective workout AND make deep lasting changes in your alignment, correct imbalances, and improve the way you move, all at once.

Training packages range from a Shoe Assessment Session to a 6-month comprehensive plan.
